This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly responsible individual who can manage complex schedules, coordinate communication between departments, and represent the Principal’s office with professionalism. Strong communication skills in both English (Advanced Level) and Chinese (Advanced Level) are essential to facilitate effective communication with international staff, parents, and partners.Key Responsibilities:Administrative & Operational SupportManage and maintain the Principal’s calendar, appointments, and meetings efficiently.Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and official communications.Handle confidential documents with discretion and maintain filing systems (digital and hard copy).Coordinate school events, meetings, and travel arrangements on behalf of the Principal.Monitor and follow up on action items delegated by the Principal to staff and departments. Communication & LiaisonAct as the primary point of contact between the Principal and internal/external stakeholders.Translate and interpret between English and Chinese as needed for meetings, emails, and parent communications.Draft bilingual correspondence and announcements when required.Assist in parent relations, particularly with Mandarin-speaking families. Project & Coordination SupportSupport the Principal in implementing academic and administrative projects.Coordinate with various departments (academic, operations, HR, marketing) to ensure smooth school operations.Prepare presentation materials and reports for management or board meetings.Assist in the planning and organisation of special events and ceremonies.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, Education, or a related field.Fluent in English (Advanced Level) – both written and spoken.Fluent in Chinese (Advanced Level) – both written and spoken (Mandarin preferred).Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an executive or administrative support role, preferably in an international or educational organisation.Excellent time management, prioritisation, and multitasking skills.Strong computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Workspace, Calendar Management).Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
