The office is within walking distance from the train station. There are plenty of options for lunch and catching up with colleagues or friends after work.What you'll contribute toAs Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting one of our Executive Vice Presidents here in Sydney.How you'll make an impactProvide high quality administrative support. This includes producing correspondence, presentations and reports, both of a general and confidential natureOrganising business appointments and travel arrangementsManaging diaries and some personal matters on executive(s) behalfCommunicating with the organisation's executives, board members, executives/managers of external organisationsInvolvement in other activities/initiatives outside of the standard EA requirementsYour attributes - If you've got one or more, we'd love to hear from you!Previous experience supporting executives in a previous Executive Assistant role is highly desirable - Prior experience supporting C-suiteImmaculate organisational, administrative skills and attention to detailStrong communication skills, and emotional maturity with the ability to liaise at an executive levelWell presented, friendly and approachableResilient, with the ability to work within a challenging and fast paced environmentLife at Toyota & What we offer youWe pride ourselves on a work culture that supports and rewards people.
