Fixed Term Contract to 31st March 2027, £32,800 FTE, 3 - 5 days per week, Hybrid with Central London officesA national charity dedicated to promoting social prescribing and supporting wellbeing is seeking an organised, proactive Executive Assistant to join its operations team. This role provides high-level support to the Executive Leadership Team and the Board of Trustees, contributing to smooth organisational delivery and effective stakeholder engagement.The organisation offers a collaborative, flexible working culture and a strong commitment to staff wellbeing and inclusion. The Executive Assistant will play a key part in ensuring efficient leadership support, strong governance processes, and well-coordinated operations. This role is offered either full or part-time, depending on your needs.Role ResponsibilitiesExecutive SupportManage complex diaries and inboxes for senior leadersCoordinate senior meetings, including agendas, minutes and document preparationSupport the development of presentations, board papers and briefing materialsServe as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholdersProvide scheduling support for wider organisational meetingsBoard & GovernanceLead administrative support for the Board of Trustees and SubcommitteesPrepare and collate Board papers, track actions and take formal minutesMaintain governance processes such as conflicts of interest registersCoordinate logistics for meetings and support trustee recruitmentOperations & Office ManagementSupport organisational planning, logistics and shared processesManage the relationship with the Southbank Centre workspace, including room bookingsContribute to improving operational systems and organisational cultureProvide cover for shared mailboxes and operational colleaguesCandidate ProfileExperience providing high-level EA or PA supportStrong skills in diary management and formal meeting administrationConfidence in minute-taking and summarising key actionsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalExceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectivelyA proactive, solutions-focused approachCompetence in Microsoft Office, including Teams and SharePointAn interest in wellbeing, social impact or the charity sectorWhat’s OfferedThe organisation provides a range of benefits, including:30 days annual leave (pro rata) plus Bank HolidaysAn additional paid day off for birthdaysVolunteering and CPD daysFlexible working options, including compressed hoursSupport with eye tests, glasses and flu vaccinationsHybrid working with up to 2 days per week in the London officeDue to the large number of applications that we receive, only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.Val Wade Recruitment are actively looking for applicants from underrepresented communities and pride ourselves as an equal opportunities’ employer and agency.
