They are committed to scaling productivity and efficiency through technology and streamlined systems.Job Description:We are seeking a top-tier Executive Assistant to support high-level executives in a demanding environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, fluency in English at a native or near-native level, and have a strong grasp of automation and system optimization. This role requires a proactive, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented professional who thrives under pressure and excels at multitasking.Responsibilities:Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments for executives across multiple time zones.Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.Draft and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high level of professionalism.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle high-pressure situations with discretion.Implement and optimize workflows using automation tools and systems to streamline daily operations.Organize and coordinate travel arrangements and logistics as needed.Assist in managing tasks and priorities for 400+ client operations when required.Required Experience and Qualifications:Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership in fast-paced environments.English level: C2 or Native – written and spoken.Expertise in calendar management, executive communications, and multitasking across high-volume workflows.Experience managing confidential and time-sensitive information.Located in Argentina or Brazil.Preferred Skills:Strong background in automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, Airtable, Notion, etc.).Familiarity with systems/process implementation to improve operational efficiency.Experience working in a multinational or tech-driven environment is a plus.Personality:Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.Proactive, reliable, and able to anticipate executive needs.Tech-savvy, adaptable, and solutions-oriented.Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.Software & Tools:Automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, Airtable)Communication tools (e.g., Slack, Gmail)Scheduling and calendar tools (e.g., Google Calendar, Calendly)Document creation and management tools (e.g., Google Docs, Notion)Schedule:9 - 5 ESTCompensation & Benefits:Payment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate's preference.
