Woods & Co Recruitment have partnered with one of Melbourne’s most prestigious tailoring and custom suit brands to find an exceptional Executive Assistant to support their senior leadership team.This is a rare opportunity to work behind the scenes of a high-profile, luxury menswear business that prides itself on craftsmanship, innovation, and client experience. You’ll play a pivotal role in keeping operations running seamlessly, from managing executive schedules and coordinating meetings with high-end clientele, to ensuring the finer details are always handled with precision.What’s in it for you:Part-time role with $80k–$90k + Super (Pro Rata)3 days a week (Tues, Wed & Fri)Work closely with senior leadership in a high-profile, client-focused environmentExposure to a professional, fast-paced corporate tailoring businessOpportunity to grow your EA experience and build key client relationshipsWhat you’ll do:Manage emails, phone calls, and high-level correspondenceSchedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and calendarsMaintain filing systems and databases (HubSpot experience essential)Support corporate and key client relationshipsCoordinate travel arrangements and attend networking events as requiredWhat you need:Strong corporate EA experience supporting executives/directorsHighly organised, detail-oriented, and proactiveExceptional verbal and written communication skillsProfessional, well-presented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environmentTech-savvy, with HubSpot experienceIf you're as passionate about this position as we are, then please don't delay and APPLY NOW!
