And while they go after their goals, you can too. ART is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager to head our Enterprise Transformation Management Office (ETMO). This is a pivotal leadership role, driving governance, planning, and delivery assurance across all transformation initiatives. You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of ART, delivering measurable value to our members and the business.Day To Day, You'llLead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide transformation governance frameworks, methodologies, and standards.Oversee governance structures, including Boards, Committees, and decision-making forums.Ensure compliance with APRA, ASIC, and other regulatory requirements.Manage the transformation portfolio, including scheduling, milestone tracking, and dependency management.Deliver executive-level dashboards and reporting, collaborating with EPMO for portfolio governance and risk insights.Lead enterprise RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management disciplines.Oversee assurance reviews, health checks, and corrective actions.Collaborate with Finance and EPMO to manage funding, cost control, and benefit realization.Lead resource strategy, planning, and workforce analytics.Oversee procurement and vendor management.Coach and mentor transformation office professionals, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and delivery excellence.Build collaborative networks across business lines and Centres of Excellence.Ensure transformation initiatives align with ART’s strategic objectives and deliver member-centric outcomes.Partner with senior leaders to support delivery, change management, and strategic goal achievement.Oversee program administration, resource onboarding, and operational efficiencyThis role is a permanent opportunity.About YouIt goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:Extensive experience leading an EPMO/PMO or enterprise-level transformation officeProven track record in large-scale transformation delivery.Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, IT, or related field.Certifications in project/program management (e.g., PMP, MSP, PRINCE2, SAFe).Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.High-level strategic thinking, business acumen, and analytical capability.Experience working with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.Experience managing change across business processes, technology, and compliance.Deep understanding of the superannuation regulatory environment is highly regarded.About UsOur 2.4 million members trust us to take care of over $330 billion in retirement savings.
