Directing the people strategy and agenda provides immense scope for driving real impact in a purpose-driven sector. At the same time, you will have responsibility and operational oversight of our key people processes spanning employee relations, talent acquisition and management, capability development, compensation and benefits, organisational design, employee experience and communications, HR metrics and analytics.About The RoleSome of your responsibilities will be:As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, contribute to and implement the organisation’s strategic and operational plans.Prepare and deliver updates to the Board relating to People & Culture strategy, practices and metrics.Be adaptable to multiple competing requests and deadlines.
