Job Title: Executive Director Product - Healthcare Intelligent SolutionsLocation: DubaiSummary: You are a visionary leader who will drive the creation and evolution of our AI-powered solutions within PureHealth's extensive provider network. You'll be at the forefront of leveraging advanced technologies to transform patient care and provider operations across the primary, secondary and prevention spectrum. Reporting to the Executive Director of AI & Data, you will lead a team of product managers and collaborate with cross-functional partners to define a compelling product vision, develop detailed roadmaps, and execute product strategies that result in highly adaptable solutions. You should not only have strong product skills but should be able to articulate the vision and strategy clearly to various stakeholders.Responsibilities:Strategic Product Leadership:Define and articulate a clear, compelling product vision and strategy for PureHealth's AI-driven solutions across all provider settings (primary, secondary and prevention).Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with the organization's strategic goals, the CDO's vision and market opportunities.Conduct continuous market analysis and evaluation of emerging AI solutions to identify unmet needs and opportunities for innovation.Champion the adoption of a data-driven approach to validate new solutions and demonstrate tangible impact.Product Development and Execution:Lead a team of product managers to conceptualize, design, and develop innovative AI-powered solutions, ensuring all requirements are met and that the product vision remains unchanged during the development lifecycle.Partner with engineering and technical teams to translate complex AI concepts into practical, scalable, and user-friendly products.Ensure high standards of user experience, functionality, and interoperability for all AI solutions.Oversee product deployment and iterations, actively seeking user feedback to identify opportunities for improvements.Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration:Build and maintain strong relationships with clinical leaders, operations teams, and other key stakeholders across the provider side of the organization to understand their needs.Communicate the product vision, strategy, and plans effectively to diverse audiences, from technical experts to senior management.Advocate for the user to ensure that the designed solutions meet their requirements.Lead and contribute to cross-functional collaborations, ensuring a streamlined approach for development and implementation.AI & Data Expertise:Demonstrate a deep understanding of AI technologies and their applications within healthcare, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.Articulate the value of leveraging structured and unstructured clinical, operational, and patient generated data to build Al models and insights.Continuously explore new Al tools and techniques to ensure cutting-edge solutions.Work closely with the technical team to define data quality, access and security standards for Al implementation.Value RealizationWork with business and financial teams to identify key business metrics.Define value capture and quantification models that will be used to track the progress of Al solutions implementation.Demonstrate ROI and other impact metrics to senior stakeholders.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:Master's degree or equivalent advanced degree in a relevant field such as Healthcare Management, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5+ years focusing on AI-driven technology solutions in healthcare across multiple settings.Proven experience in building and launching successful AI-based products, from concept to market.Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive alignment across business and technical domains.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling business narratives.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with AI model development and deployment in a complex environment.Experience in both primary, secondary and preventative care settings and understanding of the nuances of healthcare practices.Experience working directly with clinical or operations teams, including understanding of clinical workflows and needs of providers.Experience in healthcare strategy with ability to define value, create use cases and translate business needs to product requirements.About PureHealthPureHealth is the UAE’s largest integrated healthcare platform, committed to revolutionizing the nation’s healthcare ecosystem and advancing the future of health through innovation, technology, and world-class care delivery.Why Join UsAt PureHealth, you’ll be part of a transformational journey to redefine healthcare through technology and human-centered innovation.
