Job Description

Job Purpose:The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and executing all marketing initiatives to strengthen Albustan’s brand, increase sales, and improve profitability across retail stores, wholesale channels, and e-commerce. This role requires a hands-on leader capable of building a structured marketing function, driving measurable results, and supporting the growth of the company’s nuts, coffee, and chocolate product lines.Key Responsibilities:Marketing Strategy & PlanningDevelop and implement annual marketing plans for retail, wholesale, and digital channels.Design and execute seasonal campaigns and promotions (Ramadan, Eid, national holidays, peak seasons).Ensure consistent application of pricing, merchandising, and promotional strategies across all branches.2. Market, Product & Competitor AnalysisMonitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer behavior to guide decision-making.Analyze product performance across all channels and recommend improvements to pricing, promotions, and product assortment.Collaborate with Production and R&D to introduce new products aligned with market demand and seasonal opportunities.Recommend which products to expand, optimize, or phase out to maximize revenue and profitability.3. Execution & Operational OversightLead the implementation of marketing campaigns, in-store promotions, visual merchandising, and POS materials.Track campaign KPIs, budgets, and ROI; take corrective action when needed.Ensure all branches and wholesale partners receive the required marketing materials, guidelines, and support.4. Customer Engagement & ExperienceEnhance in-store experiences and loyalty programs to strengthen customer retention and repeat purchases.Manage customer feedback tools and translate insights into actionable improvements.5. Reporting & Performance ManagementPrepare monthly reports summarizing sales trends, campaign results, competitor insights, and customer behavior.Use data-driven insights to refine product mix, pricing, and promotional strategies.6. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional CollaborationLead, coach, and develop the marketing team to ensure strong performance and capability growth.Work closely with Sales, Retail Operations, Finance, and Production to align marketing initiatives with business priorities.Manage external agencies, designers, and suppliers to maintain quality and brand consistency.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).7–10 years of experience in FMCG, retail, or food & beverage marketing, with 3–5 years in a leadership role.Strong background in retail marketing, product portfolio management, and competitor analysis.Proven ability to drive execution and deliver measurable results.Strong analytical skills with experience in sales data and market research.Experience managing marketing activities for multi-branch retail operations (preferred).Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
