Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt for a Marketing Specialist. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, coordinating marketing campaigns, and fostering strong customer relationships. The specialist will also collaborate with sales and customer service teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals and ensure consistent messaging. Qualifications Strong skills in Marketing Strategy and expertise in implementing comprehensive marketing plansProficiency in Market Research for analyzing industry trends and customer insightsEffective Communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clientele and key stakeholdersExperience in Customer Service and Sales to bridge marketing and client satisfaction effortsAbility to work effectively in a highly collaborative, on-site environment in Cairo, EgyptBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related disciplineExperience in the CX, technology, or e-commerce industries is preferred
