Job SummaryDeliver accurate and timely statistical sales performance reports and prepare effective communication materials for management and the agency force.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare write-ups and communication materials for management and the agency force.Generate and analyze sales performance reports.Coordinate, promote, generate, monitor and analyze sales/recruiting contests launched.Involve in system development, understand the business features and perform system enhancement for data/reports.Provide support during company events/activities and handle any ad-hoc duties assigned.Key RequirementsDegree in Business Studies / Mathematics / StatisticsFresh graduates are encouraged to applyGood command in EnglishHigh proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Words and PowerPointHigh proficiency in Power Query, Power BI, Power Automate applicationsMeticulous and pay attention to detailsAble to work independently as well as a team playerResult-orientedGood interpersonal skillFamiliar with the use of ChatGPT for tasks simplificationDisclaimer Thank you for your interest in joining our team.
