Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Specialist, based in Puchong. The Field Sales Specialist will engage with potential customers, generate leads, and close sales to achieve performance targets. Daily responsibilities include networking, managing sales operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and presenting tailored solutions to meet client and customer needs. Travel is required as part of this position, and earnings are commission-based. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build rapport and address client and customer needs effectively.Experience in Sales and Lead Generation to identify and convert opportunities into results-driven outcomes.Proficiency in Sales Operations to manage processes and ensure streamlined interactions with customers.Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to travel regularly for customer engagement and field activities.Prior experience in sales-related roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
