Job Description

Executive – Sales and Marketing | Aitken Spence Shipping Ltd (Freight Sector) As an Executive – Sales and Marketing, plays a key role in coordinating and maintaining weekly vessel schedules based on customer forecasts and requirements. Ensures accuracy and timeliness in preparing weekly forecast accuracy reports and deferred vessel detail reports. Responsible for generating sailing confirmation and invoice summary reports within assigned deadlines, supporting smooth operations and effective customer service.Main Duties and Responsibilities: Placing the bookings in advance based on the weekly forecast received from the customer to secure space Sending the weekly vessel schedule to the customer based on the weekly forecast within the assigned time frame when as requested by the customer After receiving the TMS booking request, check it with the Awarded Rate Card Issuing the R/O(s) within one-hour of time after receiving the TMS Booking Request. Coordinating with the Transporters and Container Depots till the shipment gets loaded to the Vessel Arranging Container Fumigation and coordinating with Container Surveys/Customer Coordinating with Shipping Lines
