Key Responsibilities:• Updating and sharing Sales Training Data base & training materials.• Organizing and preparation of requirements for effectiveness of Sales Training & Developmentoperation.• Responsible to handling Training budgets, trainer’s’ traveling and training petty cash.• Handling of MDRT related functions• Involvement of Centralized training events, Certification and Trainings.Basic Qualifications:• Professional qualification in administration & project management• Good organizational skills, negotiation skills, Analytical and persuasive skills.• Effective communication, influencing and Motivation skills.• Basic IT knowledge & Completion of Advanced Level Examinations.anIf you believe you are the right person we are looking for, forward your complete resume together withcontact numbers and the names of two non-related referees to reach us within 10 days of thisadvertisement by email to careers@hnbassurance.com
