Creasy & Co., PLC legacy, with over 140 years of history in Sri Lanka.  Senior Executive – Project Sales  Sales executive for the project team promotes products & solutions by establishing contact, developing relationships with prospects, and recommending solutions. The role maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; and recommending profit and service improvements.  Key Responsibilities: Utilize proven methods and support tools to achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully converting leads into clients. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their needs, to establish value and product fit. Model the financial business case associated with each sales opportunity. Create and deliver presentations that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition. Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and preparing reports. Successfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses. Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques. Effectively communicate client needs to the technical teams for future product enhancements. Perform duties as assigned by the company from time to time. The ideal candidate should possess the following attributes: A degree/diploma in Sales or Marketing Technical qualifications in civil engineering/part qualification in finance are added advantages. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience Proven track record of converting leads to customers. Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with stakeholders. Creative in explaining and presenting product solutions/product concepts in an easy-to-understand manner. A construction business background would be an advantage. Effective communication, selling, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated attitude and customer service orientation Good command of spoken and written English and Sufficient knowledge of computer literacy (MS Office) Possess a technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in CRM, Microsoft Office, etc. Must possess own vehicle. Please send your resume with the names and contact details of two non-related referees within 10 days of this advertisement to careers@sterlingsteels.com or +94706982077 Please specify the vacancy for which you are applying in the subject line.
