Core responsibilities include:Market mapping and research across commodities and global marketsBuilding relationships with prospective candidates through calls, meetings and structured networkingIdentifying, assessing, and headhunting talent across both front-office and strategic functionsInitiating new business leads and contributing to client developmentEnsuring meticulous data management within our internal systems (including FileFinder)Following market trends and delivering insight to the team and clientsThis is a role with visibility, responsibility and the chance to directly influence client outcomes. We’re Looking ForThe ability to operate confidently in a lean, high-expectation, entrepreneurial environment Minimum 2:1 degree from a strong university 1–3 years’ experience in a professional or corporate environmentIntellectual curiosity, drive and a naturally commercial mindset Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and calmness in high-pressure situationsA transparent, articulate communication styleThe ability to build rapport, think on your feet and manage multiple priorities Fluency in English and strong written communicationProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteYou do not need prior experience in executive search or markets, but we are looking for the willingness to learn fast, work hard and navigate high-level conversations with professionalism.
