Together, we strive to create unforgettable moments of joy for our guests and joy of growth for our people.We are looking for an Executive Secretary-cum-ESG Executive to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the General Manager and to advocate the hotel’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives. This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful individual with strong coordination and communication skills, capable of balancing executive-level support with sustainability project management.Job Summary Executive Support Provide full secretarial and administrative support to the General Manager & Director of Operations, including calendar management, meeting coordination, report preparation, and correspondence handling. Liaise professionally with internal departments, external partners, and corporate offices. Prepare presentation materials, meeting minutes, and maintain confidentiality in all matters. Assist in the coordination of key hotel activities, events, and management communications. ESG Function Coordinate, track, and report on the hotel’s ESG initiatives and progress in alignment with Shangri-La Group’s sustainability strategy. Support implementation of environmental and community engagement programs. Maintain records of sustainability data, metrics, and reporting to Corporate Office. Collaborate with departments to drive awareness and participation in ESG-related activities and training. Assist in preparing ESG reports, audits, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Environmental Management, or a related field. Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize. Excellent written and verbal communication in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia / Mandarin is an advantage. High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism. Passionate about sustainability and community engagement.
