MJL Bangladesh PLC is looking for Executive / Senior Executive - Sales & MarketingMajor Job Responsibilities:Consistently achieve assigned sales targets and provide regular performance updates to the immediate supervisorFollow sales strategies and action plans provided by supervisorsLearn to engage with customers professionally to build trust and maintain long-term relationshipsAccompany senior team members on client visits to understand customer needs, present products, and gather feedbackJoin trade shows, promotional events, and roadshows to help demonstrate product features and answer basic customer questionsStay updated on market trends and competitor activities, and share observationsBe open to traveling within assigned areas to support outreach efforts and strengthen brand visibilityWork closely with other departments (like marketing, logistics, and customer service) to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfactionEducational RequirementsBachelor of Business Administration (BBA)Master of Business Administration (MBA)BBA/MBA or equivalent from any reputed public/private University.
