The ICT Hub is looking for Software Sales ExecutiveJob Description / ResponsibilityThe ICT HUB, a rapidly growing international software development and IT solutions company, is looking to hire a full-time Software Sales Executive to join our Bangladesh office. We work with clients across Bangladesh and abroad - providing ERP systems, E-commerce solutions, custom software, IT support, and digital transformation solutions.We are seeking a confident, target-driven, and tech-savvy sales professional who can contribute to business growth and strengthen our B2B client acquisition efforts.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Conversion & Market ResearchIdentify and qualify potential B2B clients in BangladeshConduct research on industries, decision-makers, and sales opportunitiesMaintain and organize lead data in CRM and Convert themSales Outreach & Client CommunicationExecute daily outreach via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedInPresent company services confidently to business owners, managers, and IT decision-makersSchedule discovery calls, demos, and follow-ups with prospective clientsAssist in preparing proposals and quotationsSales Pipeline ManagementWork closely with the senior team to manage the full sales cycleUpdate CRM with activities, follow-up notes, and deal progressEnsure timely follow-up and consistent communication with prospectsCollaboration & ReportingParticipate in weekly sales meetings and contribute to strategy discussionsWork collaboratively with marketing, technical, and project teamsPrepare daily/weekly reports on outreach performance and pipeline statusWorking Hours: 10 AM – 6 PM (Saturday – Thursday)Educational RequirementsBachelor/HonorsBachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields will be a plus)Skills Required: Technical Sales/ IT Marketing, IT & Software Marketing, ERP Software, Microsoft Excel, Sales Executive, Corporate Sales (B2B Business), B2B SalesExperience RequirementsAt least 1 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Software Company,IT Enabled Service,Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services StartupFreshers are also encouraged to apply.Additional Requirements1 years of experience in B2B sales, IT sales, lead conversion, or telemarketingExperience in software/IT service sales will be a strong advantageSkills & CompetenciesStrong communication skills in both Bangla and EnglishConfident in sales interactions with business owners and decision-makersComfortable with cold calling and professional outreachGood understanding of technology, software solutions, or willingness to learnAbility to work under pressure and meet sales targetsFamiliar with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)Personal AttributesSelf-motivated and target-drivenSmart, presentable, and confident communicatorStrong analytical mindset and problem-solving approachPositive attitude with the ability to work in a team environmentJob LocationDhaka (Mohammadpur)
