The ideal candidate is a results-oriented “people person” with a passion for the education and EdTech sectors. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and executing marketing and sales strategies, and nurturing strong client relationships. You will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals while collaborating with internal teams to achieve enrollment and revenue targets. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to make a tangible impact in a dynamic and growing organization.Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time / ContractualLocation: Islam Tower, Rampura, 464/H DIT Rd, Dhaka 1219Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and qualify potential leads through targeted online research, professional outreach, and strategic networking.Initiate and develop partnerships with schools, universities, coaching centers, and individual tutors to expand Eduva’s reach.Present Eduva’s offerings effectively and persuasively to prospective clients and partners.Manage inbound leads, ensure timely follow-ups, and convert prospects into long-term business relationships.Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to encourage continued collaboration and growth.Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing and sales campaigns aimed at achieving company targets.Gather client feedback and share actionable insights with product and marketing teams for continuous improvement.Monitor sales performance, maintain accurate CRM records, and provide regular progress updates.Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and implementation process.Represent Eduva professionally in events, webinars, and promotional activities.Educational RequirementsBachelor/HonorsBachelor’s Degree in business administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field.Additional RequirementsExperiencePrior experience in sales, marketing, or business development (especially in the education or EdTech sector) will be considered an advantage.Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both English and Bangla.Confident in outreach and relationship-building, with the ability to understand client needs and present Eduva’s solutions effectively.Self-driven, target-oriented, and persistent, with a proactive approach to achieving goals.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.Basic understanding of digital marketing, sales funnels, and online education trends.Comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and communication platforms for daily operations.Prior experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles—particularly within the education or EdTech sector—will be considered an advantage.Passion for the education and technology sectors and eagerness to contribute to Eduva’s mission.Preferred SkillsStrong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.Solid understanding of marketing, sales, and business development principles, especially within the education or EdTech sector.Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven attitude with a passion for achieving measurable results.Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.Proficiency in CRM tools, Google Workspace, and other relevant business applications.Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.Job LocationDhaka (Rampura)
