We offer competitive pay, strong career-growth opportunities, and a people-first culture where high performers thrive.We are seeking an experienced, high-impact Exit Term Program Director to oversee, refine, and expand our Term Product operations across all sales centers.Position SummaryThe Exit Term Program Director is responsible for leading, developing, and scaling the Term Product sales program across multiple markets. This includes managing team performance, ensuring staffing alignment to budget, driving training and development initiatives, and monitoring results through detailed data tracking.This role is based in Myrtle Beach, SC, with frequent travel to Capital Vacations locations nationwide.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, develop, train, and mentor Term Product Sales Teams across all Capital Vacations sites. Ensure full understanding of the Term Product structure, value proposition, compliance requirements, and effective sales presentation strategies. Oversee and lead Term Product Teams at all Sales Centers, ensuring alignment with company standards and KPIs. Monitor team performance using data tracking, reporting tools, and goal-setting strategies. Collaborate with leadership to drive growth, improve processes, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain staffing levels to meet budgeted and operational needs; assist recruiting team with talent identification and pipeline planning. Provide ongoing coaching, field observation, and actionable feedback to improve sales proficiency. Travel 50–75% of the time to support multiple sites, execute training, and ensure program consistency. QualificationsPrevious leadership experience in timeshare sales (Manager-level or above preferred). Strong working knowledge of Term Products or similar exit/transition programs. Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and develop high-performing sales teams. Strong analytical skills with experience using sales metrics, forecasting tools, and performance dashboards. Ability to travel extensively and manage priorities across multiple markets. Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills. Must be able to work on-site in Myrtle Beach, SC.
