Currently, TRIPATRA is looking for Expeditor for project based agreement to executing expediting strategy, monitoring vendor progress and update progress regularly in Material Delivery Status Report, identifying obstructions in advance which possibilities will hamper work progress and provide mitigation plan for such obstructions will have direct influence in project completion schedule.Authorities: Communicate directly with suppliers and internal departments to expedite order fulfillment. Recommend corrective actions for delayed deliveries or supplier non-compliance.Primary Responsibilities: Arrange Kick of Meeting and Monitor submission of deliverables according to the schedule. Coordination with engineering quality control and logistics for ensuring timely delivery.Identify delays or risks and proactively coordinate corrective actions with suppliers and internal teams. Monitoring vendors work progress with regular visit or contact. Informs slippages in schedule to the Procurement Manager. Establish recovery plan and counter measure to minimize impact of delivery slippages in consultation with Project Manager, procurement manager and site manager/ construction manager.Communicate regularly with suppliers to confirm order acknowledgment, production status, inspection schedules, packing, and shipment readiness.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.(Engineering discipline preferred for technical projects.)Minimum 5 years of experience in expediting within an EPC company.Hands-on experience with vendor management, procurement tracking, and logistics coordination.Strong communication and negotiation skills for supplier coordination.Good organizational and follow-up skills with attention to detail.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ERP or procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.Willing to be assigned on site project.
