At Kaizen, we are committed to creating vibrant and sustainable communities that provide exceptional living experiences to our residents.ResponsibilitiesCommunity management, including financial management, maintenance, and customer experienceEnsure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and owners association bylawsEnsure service providers compliance with company SLAs and KPIsDevelop and implement strategies to grow and optimize the buildings under managementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and customer satisfactionDrive initiatives related to sustainability, environmental stewardship, and technology integrationEstablish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners, vendors, and authoritiesRegularly assess the performance and efficiency of building operationsPrepare and present reports to senior management and clientsStay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal developmentsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)Minimum of 5 years of experience in owners association managementcertification in property management or owners association management (e.g., CMCA, M100, PCAM)Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations related to owners' associationsExceptional communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency in financial management and reportingCommitment to sustainability and environmental stewardshipTechnologically sawy with experience in property management softwareBenefitsTraining & DevelopmentHealth Care Plan Performance Incentive
