About the jobAs an Experienced Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of high-quality audit services. Your main duties will include:· Performing audit procedures and risk assessments in accordance with relevant accounting standards· Applying firm methodologies and tools to complete audit work effectively· Preparing clear and accurate audit documentation and working papers· Identifying and assessing risks of material misstatement and assisting in forming audit conclusions· Ensuring compliance with auditing standards, ethical requirements, and internal quality procedures· Assisting senior team members in coordinating audit assignments and client communication.RequirementsDegree in Accounting, Auditing, or a related field1–2 years of experience in Audit, Accounting, or related areas (Big Four or international firm experience preferred)Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skillsAbility to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively under deadlinesWorks well both independently and as part of a teamFluency in Uzbek, English and Russian (reading, writing, speaking)
