You work closely with hiring managers to analyze competency needs and lead initiatives that minimize mis-hires while ensuring great candidate experience. You are responsible for developing and executing strategies to source and attract critical talent, identifying future skill needs and strengthening our talent pipeline as well as our employer brand. 🎯You act as a strategic advisor to NOBA’s leaders, translating business needs into effective talent strategies and driving initiatives to ensure Talent contributes to our overall success. You continuously improve and develop processes by leveraging data and analytics, monitoring key metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and leading or participating in projects aimed at increasing efficiency and quality across the organization.Who We’re Looking ForYou demonstrate a high level of accountability and business understanding, taking ownership of your work and how you can contribute to NOBA:s success. You can remain calm and focused in challenging situations, ensuring sound decision-making and a positive influence on those around you. You are skilled in stakeholder management, building trusting relationships with a consultative approach. Besides this, we hope that you:Are fluent in Swedish or Norwegian, and EnglishHave at least 3-4 years’ experience of end-to-end recruitmentHave experience of working with recruitment/TA in-houseIt’s a Plus If You Have Experience InTech recruitmentProject managementProcess development within TAPractical InformationStart: By agreementLocation: Fornebu in Oslo or Torsplan in StockholmForm of employment: Permanent with 6 months probation periodExtent: Full timeSalary: 42 000 - 55 000.
