Consultant LMS / Learning & Development Project Manager (H/F)📍 Luxembourg – OnsiteMission:Consulting and analysis: You analyse the organisation's existing learning processes and needs and work with the specialist departments to define the requirements for the new LMS.Project implementation: You support the introduction of the LMS from the selection of the system through implementation to successful integration into the existing systems.Process optimisation: You provide support in the design and optimisation of learning processes to ensure a high level of acceptance and use of the system.Training and support: You organise training courses for the administrators and end users of the system and provide advice on technical and organisational issues.Evaluation and reporting: You continuously evaluate the success of the LMS implementation and prepare regular reports on the use and results of the system. Profile:Degree in Social sciences, human resources management or a related field.Sound experience in implementing learning management systems (LMS) and/or other software solutions, ideally in the field of HR or e-learning.In-depth knowledge of project management, particularly in the planning, implementation and control of IT projects.Strong communication and facilitation skills to collaborate with various stakeholders and lead the project team.Skills :Delivering of training sessions/workshopsDesigning & Optimizing learning workflowsE-Learning standards (SCORM packages, xAPI, LTI)LMS ImplementationMonitoring & ReportingProject Management
