Frequently, the relaxation rooms are the place where the most ambitious ideas are born.• We are not just professional teams, we are also friends who have fun working together• If you are an active person and you feel motivated by the creation/development of software solutions, then this is the place to be; you will not get bored.ResponsibilitiesRequirements & Scope Management- Gather requirements, define clear scope (devices, software, policies), manage scope changes.Planning & Coordination- Build the project plan, timelines, budget, and coordinate teams: EUC, security, networking, procurement, and vendors.Deployment & Lifecycle Execution- Oversee deployments (laptop rollout, VDI, patching, OS upgrades) and manage full device lifecycle activities.Stakeholder Communication & Reporting- Keep business stakeholders aligned, provide status updates, highlight risks, issues, and decisions needed.Risk, Compliance & Quality Assurance- Track risks (security, downtime), ensure compliance (policies, GDPR), validate deliverables, and maintain quality.Qualifications1. 5+ years of experince in Project Management and should have good understanding of Unified Communications Systems for end users, telephony technologies, including both Microsoft Teams-based solutions and SIP phone systems2. Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel. And other tools like JIRA, confluence and serviceNow3. Team player, stakeholder management, analytical skill
