Export Logistics Clerk

We are currently seeking an experienced Export Logistics Clerk to join a dedicated team supporting international shipping operations. About The RoleThis is a 6-month contract role with the potential for extension. You will play a key part in managing export documentation for shipments to the United States, ensuring compliance with international trade laws and U. S. customs regulations.

Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted in a timely manner. Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and process export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin. Ensure full compliance with U. S. customs regulations and international trade requirements. Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders to coordinate shipment logistics. Maintain accurate records of all export transactions. Monitor and report shipment status, proactively resolving any issues or discrepancies. Stay current with changing regulations related to international trade.
