Job Description

We are currently looking for a " Export Sales Manager" (Africa & Gulf Region) to join our Team in İstanbul.Role Purpose:To manage and expand the customer portfolio in the Africa & Gulf Region, oversee end-to-end export sales and order processes, and identify new business opportunities to increase sales volume. The role aims to enhance customer satisfaction, strengthen long-term business relationships, and ensure operational excellence by analyzing market dynamics and competitive activities within the region.Responsibilities:Sales & Business DevelopmentEstablish and maintain regular communication with existing and potential customers in the African and Gulf markets, conducting customer visits and business development activities.Manage the order and shipment processes to ensure alignment with regional sales targets.Expand the customer portfolio within the region and identify new business opportunities.Analyze customer requirements and support product offering, pricing, and proposal preparation.Coordinate customer feedback and complaints with relevant internal departments to ensure effective resolution and continuous improvement.Market Research & Customer ManagementAnalyze market dynamics, competition, and demand trends across African and Gulf markets.Develop and maintain long-term, sustainable business relationships with international customers.Prepare and present regular market and customer analysis reports to management.Propose and implement improvements to enhance service quality and customer experience at international sales points.Export Operations & Regulatory ComplianceEnsure on-time and accurate execution of export orders and shipments.Follow up on export documentation, logistics, and invoicing processes in compliance with international trade regulations.Contribute to collection processes and support cost optimization initiatives.Reporting & Performance TrackingPrepare and present monthly and annual sales performance reports.Generate regular reports on stock status, sales trends, and customer requests to support operational decision-making.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree from a relevant field.Experience in export sales, international trade, or global business development.Proven sales experience in African and/or Gulf markets.Fluent English; French and/or Arabic proficiency is a strong asset.Solid knowledge of export procedures, logistics, and trade documentation.Proficient in MS Office applications.Strong communication, analytical thinking, and negotiation skills.Able to travel frequently and hold a valid driver's license.
