Job Description

We are currently looking for a " Export Sales Manager" (Western Europe & The Balkans) to join our Team in İstanbul.Role Purpose:To manage and expand the customer portfolio in the Western Europe and Balkan markets, oversee end-to-end export sales and order processes, and identify new business opportunities to increase sales volume. The role aims to enhance customer satisfaction, strengthen long-term business relationships, and ensure operational excellence by analyzing market dynamics and competitive activities within the region.Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development:Establish and maintain regular communication with existing and potential customers in the Western Europe and Balkan markets, conducting customer visits and business development activities.Manage order, shipment, and delivery processes in line with regional sales targets.Expand the regional customer portfolio and evaluate new commercial opportunities.Analyze customer requirements and support the development of product offers, pricing, and quotations.Handle customer feedback and complaints by coordinating effectively with relevant internal departments to ensure timely and solution-oriented responses.Market Research & Customer Management:Monitor and analyze market dynamics, competitive landscape, and demand trends within the Western Europe and Balkan regions.Build and maintain long-term, trust-based international business relationships.Prepare and present regular market and customer analysis reports to management.Develop improvement proposals aimed at enhancing service quality and customer experience across sales touchpoints in the region.Export Operations & Compliance:Ensure accurate and on-time execution of export orders and shipments.Follow up on export documentation, logistics coordination, customs procedures, and invoicing in line with international trade regulations.Support collection and payment follow-ups, contributing to cost optimization and process efficiency.Reporting & Performance Tracking:Prepare and present monthly and annual sales performance reports for the region.Generate regular reports regarding sales performance, customer requests, and stock levels, contributing to strategic decision-making.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field,Experience in export sales, international trade, or global business development,Proven experience in Western Europe and/or Balkan markets,Fluent in English; proficiency in Bosnian, Macedonian, Bulgarian, or other Balkan languages is a strong advantage,Solid knowledge of export procedures, logistics operations, and trade documentation,Proficient in MS Office applications,Strong communication, analytical thinking, and negotiation skills,No travel restrictions; valid driver’s license.
