Export Supervisor | Reef HoldingPosition Title: Export SupervisorLocation: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaJob Type: Full-TimeAbout the Role:Reef Holding is seeking an experienced Export Supervisor with strong expertise in managing export operations and ensuring full compliance with international trade regulations. The role involves coordinating logistics documentation, monitoring inventory and production plans, and ensuring shipment readiness with high levels of accuracy and operational efficiency across the supply chain. Key Responsibilities:Supervise all stages of export logistics operations from order receipt to final shipment delivery.Prepare and review export documents to ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.Coordinate with production, inventory, and logistics teams to ensure goods are ready for export on time.Manage international shipping operations, including selecting service providers, negotiating costs, and tracking shipment progress.Ensure full compliance with INCOTERMS, BOC customs regulations, and related international standards.Utilize SAP ERP to manage Sales Orders (SO), Purchase Requisitions (PR), and Post Goods Issue (PGI).Monitor inventory levels, optimize logistics workflows, and implement cost-effective solutions.Identify improvement opportunities and implement efficiency and cost-reduction initiatives within the supply chain. Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in export logistics or international trade, preferably within manufacturing or FMCG sectors. Skills & Competencies:Proficiency in SAP ERP and solid knowledge of export documentation and logistics processes.Strong understanding of international trade regulations and customs compliance.Skilled in inventory management, production planning, and cross-departmental coordination.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
