Demand & S&OP Manager | Reef Holding Position Title: Demand & S&OP Manager Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Job Type: Full-TimeAbout the Role: Reef Holding is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Demand & S&OP Manager to lead the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) cycle, align business expectations, and ensure accurate forecasting and optimal inventory levels across business units. The manager will play a critical role in integrating demand forecasts with supply capabilities and driving collaboration between commercial, supply chain, and operational teams to achieve efficiency, enhance performance, and support growth.Key Responsibilities:Lead the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, ensuring alignment across departments regarding demand forecasts, supply plans, and inventory targets.Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using statistical models, market analysis, and inputs from sales and marketing teams.Collaborate with supply planning, logistics, and commercial teams to optimize service levels and working capital.Drive continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy and planning processes.Provide analytics and reports to senior management to support strategic decision-making.Lead and mentor a small team of planners and analysts to ensure performance efficiency and goal achievement.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Accuracy of demand forecast – 40%S&OP cycle on-time completion & alignment – 30%Inventory and stock coverage optimization – 15%Quality and timeliness of reporting – 10%Perform any additional tasks or responsibilities assigned by the direct manager or their delegate.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) within FMCG.Required Training: Computer skills – Administrative skills – Effective communication skills.Required Capabilities:Strong analytical skills and proficiency in forecasting tools such as SAP IBP, APO, Excel, and Power BI.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Proven ability to lead cross-functional meetings and influence decision-making.Why Join Us?
