It is ideal for individuals with a passion for recruitment and a desire to work independently.**Responsibilities:*** Source and recruit qualified **Market Research Analysts** for client projects.* Ensure recruits understand their roles and meet performance milestones.* Guide recruits through onboarding and initial training.* Monitor early-stage performance and coordinate with the internal team to ensure quality.* Maintain accurate records of recruits, their progress, and project outcomes.**Requirements:*** Experience in recruitment, ideally for sales or outreach-based roles.* Ability to evaluate candidates' communication skills and productivity potential.* Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.* Familiarity with cold calling or lead generation roles is a plus, but not required.
