With deep functional and sector expertise, paired with innovative AI-powered technology and an investor mindset, we partner with CEOs, boards, private equity and governments every step of the way.We are looking for seasoned strategy professionals to join our team in Turkey at Director level in any of these sectors: consulting, energy, utility, advanced manufacturing, financial services (e.g., banking, fintech, insurance), telecommunications, retail, e-commerce, etc.As part of EY Parthenon Strategy, you will have a leading role in the development and execution of the strategy services in Turkey.You will work with a high-performing, integrated team which focuses on a variety of global and local corporate clients and private equity clients.Your Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role you will advise clients on developing strategic opportunities by providing in-depth industry, market, competitor and customer insights. Together with a wider team, you will help them implement their strategic plans by leveraging business, financial, operational and technology perspectives across their organization. In addition, you will contribute to the development of a team that can provide board level strategic advice and winning large strategy and transformation engagements that leverage the wider competencies of EY as well as raise EY's profile in the market.As a Director, you’ll typically be responsible for leading workstreams and engagements, translating client needs into project tasks and deliverables, manage day-to-day problem-solving and team analytical activities, and serve as key liaisons between consulting team members, EY-Parthenon Senior Directors and Partners, and our clients.You’ll also be involved in developing proposals and bids and actively contribute to EY-Parthenon thought leadership and internal operational initiatives.This will include:Build and maintain long term relationships with senior clientsDevelop the business and acquire new clients and engagementsLead client projects and engagement teams to deliver high quality outputsDemonstrate advanced knowledge of all phases and aspects of strategy development and implementationIdentify opportunities for other EY service linesSuccessfully supervise, coach, and mentor all levels of staffWhat We Look ForWe are looking for candidates who are highly motivated, driven, and have a passion to be part of a fast-paced, successful team. We’re looking for people, who see opportunities instead of challenges, who ask better questions to seek better answers that build a better working world.At minimum, a bachelor's degree from a top-ranking school with outstanding academic performance, preferably in the field of Economics, Business or STEMAt least 10+ years working experience in a strategy advisory company and/or in a corporate strategy departmentPrior strategy consulting experience at a reputable consulting firmExperience with managing multiple complex business projects in parallelExperience in practice development and management, including staffing, learning, performance management, offering/topic development, etc.Strong internal and external business development/commercial acumen - track record in business development and sales of consulting servicesEntrepreneurial spirit, team player and excellent networker - ability to connect with the EY Global networkExperience in a thought leadership role, demonstrated through writing (blog, white paper, etc.) and/or speaking engagementsStrong people and leadership skills (incl. cross-functional collaboration, team management and people development & coaching).
