Descrizione lavoro:Fabrics research specialist – Women’s RTW collections (maternity cover)Context and purpose of the job  The incumbent will join the women’s fabrics research and development team, in charge of liaising with both the design and the product development team to propose fabrics that can best interpret the DNA of the collection. He/she will work together with the team on the following brands: Armani Privé, Giorgio Armani and Emporio Armani.   ResponsibilitiesThe fabrics research specialist will receive from the design department the moodboard of the collections and will have to work together with suppliers to find fabrics that best fit the collection that will be developed. The capability to work on graphics, colours and variations will be highly appreciated.He/she will also catalogue precisely the fabrics in the archive to facilitate future searches and will prepare meetings with the Design team presenting the results of the search.In addition, he/she will prepare the technical sheets to be sent to the product development team and/or to the suppliers and will check and release the samples.Requirements Very good knowledge of fabrics Knowledge of main suppliers in Italy and abroad Excellent relationship skills and attention to details Willingness to learn Italian mother tongue level, good command of English Good command of Microsoft Office  We promote diversity and inclusion in all forms, within a collaborative environment where your talent can flourish in the pursuit of a common goal: yours and our growth.Descrizione profilo:ResponsibilitiesThe fabrics research specialist will receive from the design department the moodboard of the collections and will have to work together with suppliers to find fabrics that best fit the collection that will be developed.
