This will include the coordination and administration of preventative and reactive maintenance across two sites, both encompassing office and production operations. Both sites include highly critical clean room environments requiring strict compliance and climate control measures and a key emphasis will be maintaining oversight of the BMS and HVAC services, ensuring optimal environmental conditions for both people and precision manufacturing equipment and supplies.You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, contractors, and the broader facilities team to deliver exceptional service, manage preventative maintenance programs, and contribute to continuous improvement in facility operations.About youSuitable candidates will demonstrate a proactive, and hands-on working style, whilst showing the desire and willingness to learn. A self-starter attitude and independent nature will be important to accelerate your development in the role. Previous experience in a commercial maintenance or facilities role will be important to compliment other key requirements:Experience in facilities coordination or building services, ideally in a pharma or production environment.Understanding of BMS and HVAC systems, with the ability to interpret faults, diagnose issues, and liaise effectively with technical contractors.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.A commitment to safety, compliance, and sustainability.Why join the organisationYou’ll be part of a team that’s contributing to enhancing people’s lives every day.
