The Facilities Engineer will manage the operation and maintenance of facilities, oversee facility systems, and ensure their optimum performance. Responsibilities include coordinating routine preventive maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing solutions to ensure the safety, efficiency, and functionality of the building infrastructure.QualificationsProficiency in Facilities Engineering and Facilities Operations.Experience in Facility Management (FM) principles and practices.Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the field.Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance procedures.Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field; professional certifications in FM are a plus.Ability to thrive in an on-site operational environment in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.Experience in sustainable and energy-efficient facility management is advantageous.
