Located in the heart of Luxembourg city, the Luxembourg Stock Exchange (LuxSE) is home to over 49,000 international securities and gathers diverse and committed teams covering listing, trading, information services and of course, the Luxembourg Green Exchange (LGX) - the world’s leading platform dedicated to sustainable finance.By joining LuxSE, you will become part of an independent stock exchange that has shaped international capital markets over the past 60 years and pioneered the rise of sustainable finance. The Luxembourg Stock Exchange is looking for a:Facilities Maintenance CoordinatorPermanent contract (F/M) As a Facilities Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operational aspects of our organization's physical facilities. This position is essential in ensuring that facilities are well-maintained, safe, and fully operational. You will oversee the execution of maintenance planning, repairs and routine upkeep while managing relationships with external contractors and sublease tenants. You will provide guidance to maintenance companies on clearly defined objectives.In this position, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe, efficient and productive work environment that support business success and employee satisfaction. ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate external contractors for maintenance and repair servicesDevelop and implement maintenance plans, schedules, and strategiesParticipate in budget planning, monitor and control expensesEnsure compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory requirementsCollaborate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance servicesConduct regular inspections and quality auditsDevelop and maintain comprehensive emergency response plans for facility related incidentsManage relationship with sublease tenantsContribute to specific projects and continuous improvement initiatives in relation with our building Requirements and skillsYou must haveMinimum of 2+ years of experience in facilities maintenance or related fieldsStrong knowledge of building systems and equipment (a.o. HVAC and electrical)Proven leadership and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and prioritiesExperience with budget planning and cost controlFull professional proficiency in French and EnglishWe valueBachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related disciplineAbility to work effectively in a team environmentExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsExperience in implementing continuous improvement initiativesRelevant certifications ApplicationLuxembourg Stock Exchange is an employer for whom diversity and inclusion are important.
