📍 Location: Abu Dhabi💼 Employment Type: Outsourced💸 Salary: Upto AED 25,000 per month📅 Working Days: 5 days a week⏰ Timings: 9 AM–6 PM or 10 AM–7 PMWe are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee facilities operations across residential communities, villas, malls, and common areas. role involves managing preventive and corrective maintenance, supervising contractors and service providers, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, and maintaining high standards of safety and service delivery.The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of Facilities Management experience, strong knowledge of MEP systems, vendor and contract management, and experience managing budgets, inspections, and operational performance across multiple properties.
