Facilities Project Manager

We are supporting an international organisation in the search for a Fit Out Manager to contribute to workplace and office environment projects within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.This is a full-time assignment running until the end of 2028.This opportunity could be for you if you:Have experience managing office or workplace-related projectsHave worked in environments involving multiple stakeholders and operational teamsEnjoy coordinating projects and ensuring collaboration between different teamsAre comfortable structuring projects, defining milestones and monitoring deliveryAppreciate working in international and collaborative environmentsYour roleYou will contribute to the coordination and follow-up of projects related to office environments and workplace infrastructure, supporting planning, stakeholder alignment, project monitoring and reporting.RequirementsExperience managing projects in office or workplace environments, including coordination of complex cross-functional initiatives involving multiple domains (such as IT, Facility Management, logistics or similar)Strong organisational and stakeholder coordination skillsAbility to monitor project progress, identify risks and support decision-makingFamiliarity with project management methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2, PM2 or similar)Fluent English is required
