Join our Facilities & Digital Integration team as a Graduate and play a key role in transforming how we manage, maintain, and enhance our physical spaces.This graduate role offers a unique blend of hands-on project management experience and exposure to cutting-edge digital tools that optimize facilities operations. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals to deliver impactful projects, drive sustainability, and integrate digital solutions that improve employee experience and operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning, coordinating, and delivering facilities projects, such as infrastructure upgrades, building services improvements (e.g., HVAC, electrical systems), energy efficiency initiatives and moreSupport the implementation of digital tools and platforms (e.g., CAFM systems, Energy Monitoring) to enhance facilities managementSupport the implementation and continuous improvement of electrical safety management across the estate, including assisting with inspections, audits, and compliance documentation in line with statutory regulations and internal policiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams and external service providersAnalyse data from building systems to identify trends and opportunities for improvementContribute to the development of smart building strategies and digital workplace initiativesPrepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate project progress and outcomesEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across all projectsWhat You’ll LearnEnd-to-end project lifecycle management in a corporate facilities environmentGain hands-on experience in electrical safety legislation (e.g., BS7671 and internal regulations), risk assessment, and compliance processes, while developing a strong understanding of how electrical infrastructure is managed within a complex facilities environmentIntegration of digital technologies into physical infrastructureStakeholder engagement and change management strategiesSustainability and energy efficiency practices in building operationsAgile methodologies and data-driven decision-makingWhy Join Us?Be part of a forward-thinking team driving innovation in workplace servicesGain exposure to high-impact projects and digital platformsReceive mentorship and tailored development opportunitiesQualificationsRequirementsWorking towards, or a degree in a relevant technical subjectStrong interest in digital transformation and smart building technologiesExcellent communication, analytical, and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management or data visualization tools is a plusA proactive mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environmentAdditional InformationThis is a 24-month graduate program beginning in September 2026.
