Facility Manager (location Patras)

We are looking for an experienced Facility Manager to oversee all building-related activities of our multinational client in Patras. You will be responsible for preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensure that facilities are safe and well functioning. The ideal candidate will be well-organized and able to optimize the use of space and equipment while reducing operating costs. Leadership abilities and phenomenal efficiency can set you apart among our candidate pool. The goal is to ensure our client's premises are problem-free and safe so that employees can work under the best conditions.ResponsibilitiesPlan and coordinate all facility services offered (cleaning, pest, landscaping, technical services, etc)Monitoring all maintenance and cleaning schedulesSupervise, train and evaluate staff (janitors, technicians, etc) and external contractorsManage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standardsReview utilities consumption and strive to minimize costsManage customer tickets (new requests, complaints, etc)Keep financial and non-financial recordsPerform analysis, reporting, KPIs and review meetings to the clientRequirementsDegree in Engineering is a plusProven experience (at least 5 years) in a similar roleWell-versed in building operations and facilities management best practicesExperience in providing solutions based on customer needsStrong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levelsExcellent organizational and leadership skillsAbility in problem-solving and negotiationAbility in working with financial figuresBenefitsAttractive Salary Package based on previous experienceLaptop & Mobile phonePrivate Health Insurance
