People ManagementStaff Supervision: Hiring, training, scheduling, and providing performance feedback for production staff.Motivation: Motivating employees to achieve factory targets and fostering a positive work environment. Quality & SafetyQuality Control: Establishing and enforcing quality standards to ensure products meet requirements.Safety Compliance: Ensuring adherence to all health and safety regulations and promoting a safe workspace. Financial & Strategic ResponsibilitiesBudget Management: Controlling the factory budget, minimizing costs, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.Reporting: Preparing and presenting regular reports on production performance and key metrics (KPIs) to upper management.Continuous Improvement: Analyzing data to identify issues and implementing innovative strategies for operational improvement.
