Factory Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Factory Manager to oversee end-to-end production operations and drive efficiency, quality and continuous improvement;What You’ll DoLead daily factory operations to meet production targets & delivery timelines.Improve productivity through process optimization, waste reduction & automation.Oversee manpower planning, training, coaching & performance management.Ensure ISO compliance, quality standards & smooth QA collaboration.Strengthen safety culture and ensure OSHA & environmental compliance.Manage preventive maintenance and reduce downtime.Lead budgets, cost control initiatives & operational improvement projects.What You NeedDegree/Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.8–10 years' experience in factory/production management; 5+ years in leadership.Strong background in ISO, Lean Manufacturing & continuous improvement.Excellent leadership, problem-solving & communication skills.Proficient in MS Office, ERP & production analytics.Strong commitment to safety, Quality and teamwork.
