The Factory Manager will oversee daily factory operations, including production planning and ensuring efficient and safe manufacturing processes. Responsibilities include streamlining production workflows, managing operations teams, maintaining quality control standards, and optimizing manufacturing operations. The role will also involve monitoring progress to meet production goals, troubleshooting issues proactively, and implementing strategies to enhance productivity. Qualifications Expertise in Production Planning and Production Management for efficient workflow execution.Strong ability to implement and oversee Quality Control processes to maintain high product standards.Proficient in Operations Management techniques to ensure effective coordination of factory activities.Hands-on experience in Manufacturing Operations and process improvements to meet set goals.Excellent leadership and team management skills for motivating and directing the workforce.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for identifying and resolving operational challenges.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.Proven experience in a manufacturing or plant management role is highly desirable.
