You'll deliver flagship learning programmes for senior leaders and executives, while coaching and mentoring internal faculty to become confident, high-impact facilitators. This is your chance to influence how we build future capabilities, foster innovation, and strengthen our culture of care.This is a senior role that combines facilitation expertise, coaching, and faculty development to ensure high-quality, consistent learning experiences across the organisation. In addition to delivering programmes, this individual will mentor and coach other facilitators and senior leaders, helping them become confident, impactful educators. With deep knowledge of experiential learning and experience working with senior stakeholders and diverse cultural groups, the role plays a critical part in elevating leadership capability and fostering excellence in facilitation practices.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate Bupa Campus leadership programmes for senior managers and executives worldwide.Deliver high-quality, immersive, engaging experiences both in-person and virtually.Coach and mentor internal faculty and facilitators to raise delivery standards.Lead quality assurance and faculty development initiatives, including toolkits and practice sessions.Serve as the senior facilitator for critical leadership programs, executive learning events, and enterprise-wide workshops.Partner with learning leads and instructional designers to shape programme content and ensure global consistency.Provide strategic input into programme design and learner experience.Manage and develop the Campus Facilitator team, ensuring excellence in facilitation.Champion inclusion, psychological safety, and learner engagement in every session.What We're Looking ForExtensive experience delivering impactful learning to senior and executive audiences.Expertise in facilitation methods such as experiential learning, case study teaching and strategic dialogue.Strong presence, gravitas and ability to influence senior stakeholders.Coaching or facilitation qualification (e.g., ICF, ATD, ICA) or significant experience coaching leaders.Strong grounding in adult learning theory & experiential learning methods.Proven track record working with global, cross-cultural audiences.Background in corporate learning or leadership academies.Commitment to quality, learner impact, and business alignment in learning delivery.Global facilitation experience across divers business contexts.Passion for developing others and shaping the future of leadership development.BenefitsOur benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
