We are looking for a dedicated Wine Wait Staff to join our dynamic team in our Wine Cellar restaurant.

As we are passionate about exceeding our guests’ expectations, you will be extremely customer focused and passionate about delivering a superior experience for our guests. Key Responsibilities: Delivering a warm, attentive and engaging service in The Wine CellarResponsibility for driving wine sales in the restaurantAdvising our guests on wine pairings and recommending from our list of over 300 wines available. Keep up your product knowledge and focus on learning about any new products which come inEnsure customer service and food standards are in line with company standards.

To provide a seamless guest experience by working harmoniously with the Wine Cellar team and management. To provide feedback to The Wine Cellar manager about customer requests or queries. As well as other duties which may be assigned from time to time. The Person1 years’ experience in wine service or a similar roleHave solid knowledge of both Irish and international winesA food and wine lover, and love sharing that passion!Outgoing, cheerful, friendly personalityExcellent customer service and communication skills.
