About The RoleThis role will operationally oversee events and touring shows that come to the region to perform in various venues (predominantly stadiums).

The role will involve travelling to countries across the region of Asia, to work with the local promoter teams, and oversee their operations departments to guide and ensure the best working practices are instilled, and events are being delivered successfully and safely. You will help the local teams to establish good practices of work, train them in your operational knowledge, and oversee their operational planning ahead of the events taking place in order to foresee any potential issues.

You will be present on the ground for the builds, breaks and live show days, ensuring the smooth running of the events. This role will be based out of the office in Bangkok and will require international travel to countries across Asia. ResponsibilitiesTo ensure the highest standards in live events are maintained through planning and delivery of all identified events in areas including (but not limited to) overall event management, site infrastructure, technical production, health & safety, artist liaison and event staffing and logistics. Establish suitable and sufficient command and control structure.

Work with local promoters/operators to ensure full integration of Far and Beyond processes with their own teams. Build and maintain close working relationships with all local operators and promoters. To oversee projects from concept through to fulfilment, managing an events team and liaising with key stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest of standards. You will act as the Far and Beyond representative on respective projects: representing the company in the best possible light at all times, maintaining the company ethos and culture throughout.

To ensure alignment with all departments, including finance, ticketing and marketing, as well as stakeholders and clients. Budget forecasting and tracking. Ensuring the events team has the necessary tools and information to fulfil their roles. Time tracking projects, ensuring work is fulfilled within a critical path. Work on RFPs and pitches for potential work as it comes in. Demonstrate the capability to thrive with minimal supervision, efficiently tracking and managing multiple processes, including budgetary considerations, to achieve project milestones. Leverage computer skills and familiarity with Google suite and slack to streamline workflow, documentation, and communication within the team.

Employ exceptional organisational skills to orchestrate and coordinate tasks, resources, project budgets and timelines effectively, contributing to project efficiency and success. Communicate with and manage a team effectively, utilising strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration, resolve conflicts, and maintain a cohesive and motivated working environment. Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting by embracing challenges and adapting quickly to evolving project needs or unexpected shifts in priorities. At certain times, fulfil other significant roles on projects that they aren’t necessarily leading.
