Fashion Creative Producer (Contract)

We are looking for a highly creative and organised Fashion Creative Producer to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in translating our client brands vision and styling guidelines into engaging, trend-setting fashion content for social media and other digital platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesThe Fashion Creative Producer will be responsible for the execution and oversight of all fashion styling aspects within our content production:Creative Content Collaboration: Work closely with our internal creative team (content creative, videographers, photographers etc) to conceptualise and develop innovative fashion styling content and outfit.Wardrobe Sourcing & Logistics: Assist in the efficient pulling of wardrobe, accessories, and props directly from our client in-store locations during shoot.On-Set Styling: Provide expert styling for models and talents during photoshoots and video production, ensuring alignment with the approved creative direction and brand aesthetic.Production Oversight: Oversee the entire styling process from preparation to final execution. Act as the key liaison between the styling vision and the production team to ensure seamless development of various social media content formats.Required Skills & ExperienceThe ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of creative flair, deep fashion knowledge, and strong organizational skills:Fashion Styling Expertise: Proven experience in fashion styling, preferably within a commercial or editorial context.Brand Styling Adaptation: Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and internalize established fashion brand styling guidelines and effectively adapt them into trending, appealing styling outfits suitable for social media platforms.Trend Awareness: In-depth knowledge of current and emerging fashion trends, popular culture, and successful social media content formats (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels, etc.).Production Understanding: A good understanding of the end-to-end production execution process for photoshoots and video content, including lighting, set requirements, and working with talent.Logistics & Planning: Strong skills in planning and coordinating production logistics, especially concerning wardrobe management, timing, and on-set organization.Minimum RequirementsExperience: A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in fashion styling or a related creative production role.Portfolio: Submission of a comprehensive portfolio showcasing your styling work and creative projects is mandatory.
