Feed Centre Manager

As part of our continued growth and strategic development, we are pleased to advise that Demerara Dairy Inc. will soon be operational and would like to invite interested persons to apply for the position of Feed Centre Manager. Main responsibilities: Coordinate with the Farm Manager on Feed Mixing Equipment schedules, ensure accurate ration compositions, and oversee timely preparation and distribution of mixes.Maintain accurate records of feed intake and ensure feed is consistently delivered and provided as required to support optimal animal nutrition.Work closely with the Veterinary Manager to support herd health and reproduction needs, and collaborate with the Herd Manager regarding group sizes, placement, and feeding requirements.Monitor short- and long-term ingredient stocks, track consumption trends, and advise on timely procurement to maintain uninterrupted feed production.Conduct quality checks on all feed supplies and ensure proper handling, freshness, and storage of feed ingredients.Support the efficient operation of the Feed Centre by ensuring processes are followed, materials flow smoothly, and feeding standards are consistently met.
